$1250 a day, plus travel and point of sale materials. Most dealerships need six training days in a year to be fluent in the process. We fly WestJet, stay at a Ramada or Super8 and we use Staples for our point of sale material, we are not on vacation on your dime, we are there to perform at the lowest cost.
We know that this rattles some feathers when we say this BUT:
Insurance, Warranty suppliers and Manufacturers are NOT the best source for advice when it comes to making your F&I department profitable, use them for every bit of product knowledge they will "give" you, but please leave your process and reputation out of supplier control.
