Leduc Alberta — Maximum Dealer Solutions Inc has officially opened for business in
Bev De Rocco, President of Maximum, announced on July 20th that she had brought
together some of the best minds in Automotive Aftermarket in a strategic partnership
with four successful stand alone businesses acting as one.
Her first order of business was to bring in Jeff White, who will cover most of the
legwork across Canada .
“Jeff has been the go-to Finance and Insurance Trainer in Canada and President of
Peak Training Inc for the last decade.” added De Rocco. “He has done every job at
every level in a Dealership. He brought to us thirty years of automotive experience, and
his innovation has many Insurance Trainers up here saying they are ‘more Jeff White
like’, so why not have the best in the industry leading the charge?” said De Rocco.
“Almost every job.” Jeff laughs. “I’ve advised a few hundred Dealer Principals, but I
haven’t held that chair...yet.” he added.
“I figured that we could cover any need that might arise by forming an alliance” said
Jeff when he referring to the MDSI Partnership.
“We have over 100 years of automotive experience in this group” he added. “We
understand your business and we realize the shortcomings of supplier training, they
are great for product knowledge, but none of them have been a $4800 per unit F&I
Manager” he adds with a smile.
White is a Peak & Summit Award winner as an FSM in a Ford Dealership. Jeff had an
amazing average, along with 144% ESP/FMPP penetration. Then he opened Peak
Training Inc in 2008 to bring his knowledge and fire to the industry as a whole.
Jeff also won the highest recognition for AH/Life Sales (as he proudly displays his SAL
ring). Peak Training Inc has over 30 import and domestic Dealerships netting over
$2500 per unit in the Business Office! That doesn’t go unnoticed in a country hovering
around $1500 per unit as an industry average.
“I know what we are not. We are not trying to force our Clients into an agenda that
does not serve the Dealership’s best interests. That’s important in an industry filled
with corporations trying to get their hands in your cookie jar.” Bev jokes. “We work for
you with only your Dealership’s growth in our hearts. Without our Clients’ success and
word of mouth advertising, we would be over before we began.”
Maximum appears to have taken the industry lead when it comes to the entire Dealer
“Whether it’s F&I Training, distance videos for selling Protection Packages, CSI,
increasing Service Absorption Rates, Online Reputation Management, Sales Training or
Sales Amplification, we have the skills and tools to do it all” said De Rocco.
“There are not many choices in Canada for truly effective Independent Automotive
Consulting, we just felt there was a huge void and we’ve filled that today” she says.
The first arena for Maximum was to find a Partner who really understands what is at
stake for Dealers when it comes to hitting CSI Zone targets, boosting Service
Absorption levels, and ultimately being in control of their own Online Reputation in
today’s ever-changing digital marketplace.
"DealerReview was the natural choice.” confirms De Rocco. “The Team there has such
a wealth of knowledge, and a deep understanding of the Dealer’s business. They
created the perfect ‘After Sale Follow Up System’ that encompasses Online Reviews,
CSI, and Service Absorption all-in-one.”
“DealerReview tackles the important job of increasing your Dealership’s visibility in
Google Search by taking advantage of the key pieces of Google’s Algorithm and
executing on those pieces by gathering, syndicating, and responding to all of your
“They’ve also proven that as a Dealer you can leverage the Online Review process to
boost CSI Scores by making it easy and top-of-mind for your Customers to fill out
Surveys correctly. And finally, DealerReview increases Service Absorption with simple
streamlined communications that get Customers into your Service Department early
after the sale.”
DealerReview Founding Partner, Bryan Bulynx sums it up: “We wanted to create a
system Dealers could ‘set and forget’ and still get the results we know are important to
the health of their business. I believe we have achieved just that!”
